Lead culinarian Caitlin Suarez started cooking in restaurants in Seattle, WA in 2007. Self-taught, Caitlin learned how to adapt a menu to make her customers feel special and fulfilled. Her strength in cooking comes from three things, passion, team and the ability to adapt in a fast paced kitchen environment. The personal preferences and needs of her customers are where Caitlin thrives, she believes - if you want it, we can make it happen.
Caitlin is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Since completing her degree, she has lived in the Napa Valley, working for BottleRock, the Pestoni Family winery and with the Fairwinds Estate winery as hospitality manager of special events and culinary operations. In addition, Caitlin has worked in a variety of restaurants throughout her career specializing in Mediterranean, Italian and Southern French cuisine. Most recently, she was invited to cook at the 2017 Napa Valley Film Festival.
